If we recommend you contact someone else, it’s because we don’t feel qualified to answer… but we know someone else who may be able to help you. Yes, these people might be attorneys, customs agents, tour guides, or real estate people — people that provide paid services.
These are the people we know who can help you. We, however, know them to be happy to answer basic questions related to their professional area, for free.
They’ve helped us and hopefully they can help you, too.
