    Are immunizations needed for 2 week visit/do we get tourist visa with passport alone at airport/do we need other official papers for 2 week stay/does US auto insurance work and if not if we rent what should we expect.

    No immunizations needed. Yes you will get your tourist visa on the flight into Ecuador. If you are renting a car, I’d suggest you take the insurance recommended by the rental agency.
