We are planning an exploration trip to Cuenca Jan to Feb 2017. We started some dental work in Merida, Mexico last year and probably should return there to complete the work. But we are eager to see Ecuador and have decided to spend the majority of our time in Cuenca. I need an implant and bridge. My wife needs a crown and possible implant or bridge. Is there anyone in Cuenca who you (the expat) can recommend for this kind of specialized dentistry? I understand a wee bit of Spanish, but would not be able to confidently communicate about our dental needs and concerns. So, the dentist will also have to speak English. Thanks for whatever replies we receive.
