    I have been trying to call an Ecuadorian cellphone number from the U.S. with no luck. I have dialed 011 593 9 and then the number but it won’t go though!?! If anyone has any helpful information for me I would appreciate it…..Thank you

    I’ve never done it, but try 011 593 09 and then the number.

    Bruce, are you sure the cell code is 9? Some are 8, and others could be different, depending where the user is. Mine is 5, for instance. And last year we all had to add another 9 before all numbers. so you could also try adding an additional 9 and see if that gets you there…
