Cost of Velcade injections for cancer

We are considering moving to Ecuador in or near Guayaquil; however, we’d like to know the cost of Velcade injections weekly for treating Multiple Myloma.  We’d like to find out if we can get insurance and how much it would cost.  Do they rider things like cancer or kidneys.  Any information regarding these would be greatly appreciated.
