    A while back IL had some informtion about a new condo development just outside of Cotacachi. What is the status of the development at this time? Are units available for viewing? Who do we need to contact to see the units? We are planning on being in the Cotacachi area on October 20th.

    If you have any more information… maybe a name or description… that will help me figure out how to help you. There are several condo and townhome projects in and/or near Cotacachi.
