Expats in Manta, Cuenca (and Salinas)

Besides Edd in Cuenca (which I hope to be able to make contact), who are some expats in Cuenca, Manta and Salinas that we might be able to make contact with? Our trip starts May 19 in Salinas, then to Manta, then to Cuenca, then Quito (about 4 days each place, 5 in Cuenca)

Melanie, when you are in Salinas, go to Smoking BBQ on the malecon at 24 de Mayo Street. You’ll meet lots of expats there – -the owners are expats, in fact, Gary and Kathryn Kelly. They have a Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/SmokinTexasBBQ
