Help ordering a drink

my wife likes iced coffee with vanilla flavoring… everytime we try to order this, we get all sorts of variations from a vanilla milk shake with coffee poured over it to a coffee slush… how do you order something like this?

You might try saying:

Cafe frio con hielo con sabor vainilla

By the way, a vanilla shake with coffee poured over it sounds pretty good actually – I might have to try that.
