How Find Small Farm to Rent near Cuenca?

What is a good way to find a small farm to rent near Cuenca?

Or, alternately, a 3 to 5 bedroom home, pet friendly, with a large fenced yard, in town?

We would rent for at least 6 months, probably longer, until we find a farm property to buy.

Planned arrival later this year, November or December.

Any helpful hints appreciated 🙂

It is best to be there in person to do that. You might check out Gringo Tree (http://www.gringotree.com/cuenca/) and post your request there and see what kind of response you get, but I would not recommend renting anything sight unseen.

Suzan’s advice is good. Please don’t move into my neighborhood in Cuenca with all that livestock you were asking about–especially NO roosters! 😉

And thanks for suggestions Suzan! I did post on GringoTree and got a couple replies. I definitely won’t rent sight unseen! I may actually be able to do a trip there before we move so i can see places and make arrangements in advance.
