    We are currently living in Cotacachi have decided to move here permanently.  We are looking for a reliable import agent and/or attorney.  Any suggestions from those with first hand knowledge?  Also, as a separate issue, we are looking for an immigration attorney to help with securing a residency visa.  It would be nice if this attorney were in Imbabura Province as we prefer not to go to Quito.

    Santiago is my attorney. Helped with my purchase of a home in Cotacachi and continues to help me with my legal needs in Ecuador.  His office is in Otavalo.
