    My husband has Parkinson’s and needs a lot of care. Too expensive in the US. Where, in Ecuador, is best? Does anyone know of any good, reliable caregivers? We have been to Ecuador twice and can live anywhere.

    Your best bet for quality health care will always be in the biggest cities, Guayaquil & Quito.
