    Efective 00:00 of the 30th of september 2012 all cellular phone numbers in the country will have a new digit, 9.

    So, if you want to make a phone call, you will need to insert-add the number 9 right after the initial 0.

    Example,

    084 268 369 (movistar)
    098 426 8369

    094 406 123 (claro)
    099 440 6123
