    Hi Suzan,

    When your book offer first appeared, I tried to order it. When I pressed the “Order Now” button, nothing happened, over and over. Now I just tried it again weeks later and same thing. Anyone else having trouble with this?

    Not through Amazon. Through the International Living postcard ads I get everyday that encourage us to “pre-order” at a discount before the book lists on Amazon.

    Had no problems ordering it directly from Amazon several days ago

    Ordered thru Amazon on first day offered but still as yet not received. When can we expect shipment? Amazon order still not saying.

    The hard cover book releases on March 17 — I believe the Kindle is immediately available.
