Pensioner Income certification format

Hi,

I would appreciate if anyone can share the format of pension income certification letter that is required based on description below:
” 9-I: Pensioner Visa
•Retirement documents showing a stable income (pension or retirement funds) of at least $800 monthly (plus $100 for each dependent), certified to be correct by the party responsible for the source of the funds, apostilled, and authenticated by the Ecuadorian Consul in your country of origin.”

I am retiring with a corporate pension and need to let my company know exactly what to say in a letter.

I would think that a notification to you on company letterhead detailing the amount of your monthly pension and the date benefits begin will be sufficient.
