    My wife is having a hard time dealing with plantar fasciitis being that we are walking so much. We live in Salinas and were wondering if anyone could recommend a good doctor who might be able to help her. Specifically, we are hoping to find someone that can give her a hydrocortisone injection that combined with the exercises she does will help her recover. If anyone could help with a contact we would appreciate it. Thank you

    Joel, another friend had good luck at Clinica FAE (the naval hospital). They saw Dr. Luis Mendez there and had a very good experience. (tendinitis)

    I don’t know if Dr. Mendez speaks English either…
