    Last July I had some dental work done in Quito by Dr. Leonardo Montalvo. With the idea that I would return this July to finish the work. My problem has been that I haven’t been able to contact him. I’ve tried email with no response. I’ve tried there web site by leaving a message in there comment section, with no response. The address I have for him is Axxis Hospital Torre2 AV.10 de Agusto N39-155 y Diguja Tercer piso, Of. 307. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated !

    Keep e-mailing! Part of the relaxed lifestyle in Ecuador carries over to business professionalism as well. Correspondence is not usually treated as urgent and it may take several tries to get a response. I live by the “squeaky wheel” method here and eventually I get the attention I need. 🙂

    If you have a phone number, you might try calling. That’s usually the best way to get a timely response.
