qualifying for pensioner status

Hi Jessica,

I am wondering if the Panamanian Government recognizes common-law marriage when a couple is applying for pensioner status. If not, does each person need to apply separately & have proof of pension funds?

My understanding is that a marriage certificate is required in order to apply together.
