    In reading other blogs, I came across mention of a residency permit that had to be obtained before you could apply for a Cedula. Do you know of this situation?

    If this is the case, what are the average time lines to obtain the residency permit and then the Cedula?

    Richard, I assume you’re referring to a residency visa when you say “permit.” Look under “Recent Articles” above for an article I recently wrote on this subject.
