    I entered Ecuador for 13 days on a T-3 visa in August, 2013. Do I still have 77 days of the original 90 for another visit to Ecuador in 2014 as long as the stay is completed 1 year from my original entry.

    You can re-enter Ecuador and stay for up to the 77 days up to the date of your original entry. If you come more than a year after the date of your first eentry, you will get a new 90 days. I’m not sure what happens if you try and bridge over the anniversary date. (Meaning arriving before the 1 year anniversary and staying past it.) I just had a conversation with a lawyer here in Ecuador regarding remasining time on a T-3, and that is my understanding.

    Thank you Danica. That is very helpful. I would be arriving and using my 77 days before my 1 year anniversary date. Logically, I thought your answer would be the case, but when dealing with visas, logic does not always rule, so your answer is very useful.
