    Hola,
    While researching what all is needed to purchase a house/property in CR, I notice lots of fees, commissions, and several
    different taxes. Is there an approximate % you can add to the cost of a house that covers everything? I’m just looking for
    a ballpark number that would be a safe budget number when considering a purchase.

    Hi Neal,

    Just wanted to get some confirmation from real estate experts. Looks like 6-7% would be a good ballpark number for taxes, fees, commissions, and such. Of course, always consult with your agent/attorney for your particular transaction.
