Use of Land Permit

Hello,
Could anyone provide information regarding a Use of Land permit?

Unfortunately several years ago I made a big mistake by getting involved in a property transaction that was “pending” a concession. I now know how foolish I was, however at this point am trying to determine if there is anyway to salvage any of my investment.

I am being told that the next step to gain the concession is to pay to obtain a Use of Land permit. I am totally clueless if what this entails or if there is any value in proceeding and don’t want to perpetuate my mistakes.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

So sorry, know what you are going through. We are in the same situation. We are retired with nearly all of our retirement savings lost in a project that was sold to us for a developer who was building in Quepos next to Manual Antonio Park. If this sounds familiar, maybe we should talk.
