Working in Panama

My wife is just finishing nursing school and part our expat life will involve her working. Her choice would be to be able to work locally, as opposed to temporary stints in the U.S. Where can we get information regarding the ability to work in Panama, particularly reciprocity for a U.S. trained/licensed nurse?
