My granddaughter who is in her 20’s lives in New York so certainly has the ability to get around. She and some friends are planning a trip to Belize. She asked me for some suggestions since my husband, daughter & I visited last year. We were looking for a place to live though and that is not where a 20 something wants to go for a vacation. Any suggestions?

I apologize if I am not doing this Forum correctly. I have never used a Forum or Blog or anything so please forgive me. My husband & I are moving to Belize within a year. We did not rent first so I made a huge mistake but must move forward and not be discouraged. We would like to purchase a vehicle 4-wheel drive or truck in Belize. We have been advised that this would make repairs and getting gas easier. Does anyone know where I would go to purchase a vehicle? Also how would I find out what is a fair price so I don’t get taken advantage of. Thanks for any help.
