Thank you, Susan. The question is how far back need the report go? Can I move to a different state and then get a police report from that state? Suppose I move to the Philippines first, would I need a police report only from the Philippines?

My doctor told me to walk about half as far as I usually walk and gradually increase the distance over the next few weeks until I feel comfortable at 8,000 feet above sea level. Hope to be trying it in 2014.
