I know you are looking in other areas of Portugal. One area I am curious about is Braga. It seems the city is starting to grow and become more desirable to live and visit. I’m not sure how it is as an investment for capital appreciation or short-term rental market. Will you be looking at this area?
Ronan says: Hi Belton.Braga is on my radar. I plan to visit for the first time in early October. There could be an opportunity to buy ahead of gentrification. Stay tuned for more.
